Chickpea a la King 3/4 c Water BLEND smooth the water, nuts or seeds, flour, seasoning and salt.
Pour into saucepan. Rinse blender with additional water and pour into
saucepan. Lightly boil, stirring, about 5-10 minutes until thickened.
In a separate pan, cook carrots and onions in a small amount of water
until almost tender. Add peas and cook 3 more minutes. Add drained
vegetables and garbanzo beans to the sauce. Serve over brown rice,
