Cranberry Sorbet

1/4 Vanilla bean
1 cn Frozen cranberry juice concentrate; (12-oz)
3/4 c Water


Scrape seeds from vanilla pod and whisk together with frozen cranberry juice and water. Freeze mixture in an ice-cream maker. Transfer sorbet to an airtight container and freeze to harden.


Makes about 3 cups.
