Cranberry Brisket

4 lb Rolled Brisket of Beef
1 1/2 oz Dry onion soup mix
14 oz Jellied cranberry sauce
1 c Water


Pre-heat oven to 350 degF (180 degC). Combine all ingredients and pour over brisket, using enough water to cover. Cover and bake for 3 hours. Slice while warm and return slices to pot to absorb juice. Re-heat just before serving.
