Pineapple-cranberry Relish

2 c Cranberries (1/2 lb)
1 c Crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c Gran. sweetener (2 tb.liquid


Wash cranberries, removing stems and soft berries. Grind raw cranberries, add pineapple and sweetener. This relish is tart, a good accompaniment to turkey or any other meat. It will keep well in the fridge for use with many meals. Remainder of package may be frozen in plastic bag.
