Cranberry Sauce

3 cups cranberries - -- (one 12-oz bag)
1 cup orange juice
1 cup sugar

Combine all of the ingredients in a heavy saucepan.

Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until cranberries soften and begin to pop, about 5 minutes.

Remove from the heat, let cool and refrigerate.

Makes about 3 cups for 6 servings.
