Cranberry Wine Sauce

3 cups fresh cranberries
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/4 cups port wine
1/4 cup water
1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch

Wash berries and drain. Combine berries, sugar, & wine in a large saucepan; bring to boil and cook 5-7 minutes or until cranberry skins pop.

Combine water & cornstarch; stir into cranberry mixture. Bring to a boil; cook 1 minute, stirring often. Serve warm over meat.
