Sour Cream Blueberry Muffins

1 Egg
1 c Sugar
1 c Sour cream
1/4 c Oil
1 3/4 c All-purpose flour
1/2 ts Baking soda
1/2 ts Baking soda
1 ts Baking powder
1/4 ts Salt
1 c Frozen blueberries


In a large mixng bowl beat the egg with the sugar, sour cream, and oil until thoroughly blended. In a separate bowl combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Add the dry ingredients to the sour cream mixture. Stir in the blueberries.


Spoon the mixture, into greased or paper lined muffin pans, filling each about 2/3 full. Bake at 400 F for about 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Makes 1 dozen.
