Raspberry-Honeydew Parfaits

1 1/2 cups pineapple sherbet
1 1/2 cups raspberries
1/4 cup all fruit raspberry spread -- melted
1 cup honeydew melons -- diced


Raspberries, honeydew melon and pineapple sherbet are layered in parfait glasses for a refreshing and light meal ending.

Spoon about 2 tablespoons sherbet into each of 4 parfait glasses or dessert dishes. In small bowl, gently mix raspberries and raspberry spread. Spoon about 3 tablespoons raspberry mixture over sherbet in each glass. Top each with 1/4 cup melon, 2 tablespoons sherbet, 3 tablespoons raspberry mixture and 2 tablespoons sherbet. Garnish with favorite cookie, if desired.
