Lemon-Glazed Cranberry Rolls
1 can pizza crust dough (10 oz) -- refrigerated
1/2 cup orange marmalade
2/3 cup cranberries -- dried
1/2 cup sifted powdered sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon hot water
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. 2. Unroll pizza dough, and pat into a 12
9 inch rectangle. Spread marmalade over dough, leaving a 1/2-inch border.
Sprinkle cranberries over marmalade, pressing gently into dough.

rack. 3. Combine powdered sugar, lemon juice, and hot water in a small
bowl, stirring until smooth. Drizzle icing over warm rolls.
