1 pk White cake mix
3 tb Flour; heaping
1 pk Strawberry gelatin
1 c Salad oil
1/4 c Water
1/4 c Peach or apricot brandy
1/2 pk Frozen strawberries
Mix cake mix, flour, and gelatin. Add oil. Beat in eggs, Add water, liquor, and strawberries. Mix well. Bake in greased tube pan 35-40 minutes in 350 degree oven. Let cake cool. Frost with the following icing:
ICING: 1/2 stick butter, 1/2 package strawberries, About 2 cups powdered sugar, 1/2 tsp. peach or apricot brandy.
Melt butter with 1/2 pkg. strawberries. Mash in. Add liquor. Mix in the powdered sugar until spreading consistency.
