Raisin Cranberry Relish

1 large tart cooking apple -- coarsely chopped
1 8 ounces who cranberry sauce
1/2 cup seedless golden raisins
2 tablespoons chopped dried apricots
1 medium lemon -- grated peel and
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon


Combine all of the ingredients in a large saucepan. Gradually heat to boiling, stirring often.

Simmer for 5 minutes then cool to room temperature. Cover and refrigerate. Serve chilled.
