Raisin Cranberry Relish

1 lg Tart Cooking Apple, Coarsely Chopped
8 oz Whole Cranberry Sauce
1/2 c Seedless Golden Raisins
2 tb Chopped Dried Apricots
1 md Lemon, Grated Peel and Juice
1/4 ts Salt 1/4 ts Ground Cinnamon

Combine all of the ingredients in a large saucepan. Gradually heat to boiling, stirring often. Simmer for 5 minutes then cool to room temperature. Cover and refrigerate. Serve chilled.
