Fruit Ice Parfait with Blueberry Sauce
4 pints sherbet -- different flavors
whipped cream -- optional garnish
Blueberry Sauce - FrozenTreats
Layer different flavors of sherbet in parfait glasses, leaving spaces for sauce to run into. Place glasses in freezer until ready to serve. Just before serving, spoon Blueberry Sauce over sherbet, tilting glasses so sauce runs in between layers. Crumble almond macaroons on top. Serve parfait with whipped cream.
