Raspberry Cream Shake
1 c Cold skim milk
1 pk (4-serving size) JELL-O brand Raspberry Flavor Sugar-Free Gelatin
1 c Vanilla ice milk *
1 c Crushed ice
1/2 c Raspberries
* Recipe calls for ice milk but diabetics would be better served to use a SF frozen dairy dessert instead.
Pour milk into blender container. Add remaining ingredients; cover. Blend at high speed 30 seconds or until smooth. Makes 3 1/2 cups or 3 servings.
