Raspberry Delight

1 1/4 c. graham crackers, crushed
1/4 c. margarine, melted
3/4 c. margarine
2 c. powdered sugar
1 pt. whipping cream
2 eggs
1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry Jello
1 c. hot water
2 pkgs. frozen raspberries
3 tbsp. sugar


Crush 1 cup graham cracker crumbs. Mix melted butter into 1 cup graham cracker crumbs and spread in bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan. Let harden in refrigerator. Next, beat butter and powdered sugar really well. Add 2 eggs and beat thoroughly again. Spread this over the graham crackers. In the meantime, dissolve Jello into hot water then add raspberries. Let cool and thicken. Put this over the egg mixture. Beat whipping cream and sugar. Put this over all. Sprinkle remaining crumbs over the top. Refrigerate.
