3 c Cooked Idaho Pinto Beans -OR- Red Beans
1 1/2 lb Lean hamburger
24 oz Canned tomato sauce
1 Onion, chopped
1 Clove garlic, chopped
3 tb Chili powder
2 ts Cumin
1 ts Paprika
1 ts Thyme
1 ts Oregano
Saute hamburger and chopped onion, drain. Add to beans with spices, garlic and tomatoes. Salt & pepper to taste. Simmer 1 hour or until heated and flavors blend.
