Lima Bean and Hamburger Casserole

2 c Cooked lima beans
1 lb Hamburger
1 cl Garlic, minced fine
1/2 Onion, minced
1/3 c Green pepper, cut fine
2 c Tomatoes
1 ts Salt
1 ts Sugar
1 1/2 ts Chili powder

Put hamburger, garlic, onion and green pepper in skillet and brown slightly in oven, stirring often. Pour off fat. Add rest of ingredients. Bake for 30 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Bake in a 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
