Beet Relish

2 c Beets, cooked and diced
2 c Mungbean sprouts
1/2 c Chopped onion
1 tb Raw honey
1 ts Sea salt
1/2 c Apple cider vinegar


Mix in large bowl. Stir in vinegar and a squeeze of lemon. Cover and refrigerate for a couple of days. :
