Refried Bean Dip
1 pound fat-free refried beans
4 ounces green chile -- chopped hot or mild, drain
1 Teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 Teaspoon garlic powder or 1 clove garlic, pressed
1/2 Cup Nonfat Plain Yogurt
Salt and pepper -- To Taste
Combine all ingredients, adding salt and pepper to taste. Chill. Serve with
baked tortilla chips.
Makes 2 1/2 cups
