Refried Bean Bake

16 ounces nonfat refried beans
1 medium onion -- chopped
1 medium green pepper -- finely chopped
4 egg white
1 1/2 cups lowfat cheddar cheese -- shredded
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 clove garlic -- crushed

Preheat oven at 350. Mix beans, onion, green pepper, egg whites, 3/4 cup of the cheese, chili powder, and garlic clove. Pour into unprepared square pan, 9x9x2"; sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake until hot and firm, about 30 minutes.
