1 1/2 cups red beans
2 medium onion -- chopped
1/2 Bell pepper
2 stalks celery
1 small can tomato puree
1 tablespoon Bar-b-que sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons bacon dripping
Salt to taste
Soak beans for 2 hours in cold water. Wash and put on to boil
Chop onions, bell pepper, & celery together. Add to the pot of beans.
Add the can of tomato puree.
Add bar-b-que sauce, Worcestershire sauce & bacon drippings
Salt to taste.
Cook until beans are tender.
