Korean Bean Sprouts

1 bag bean sprouts (fresh)

Boil contents 1 minute and then strain. Add 1 teaspoon salt or more to ones liking. Add 1 teaspoon of sesame oil. Add 1/2 teaspoon of sugar. Add 2 parts garlic. Add 1/2 bunch chopped long green onions. Serve warm or chilled. *If like hot, add 1 teaspoon of crushed hot red peppers. Will serve 6.
