Black-eyed Peas

32 ounces canned black-eyed peas
3 1/2 ounces packaged sliced pepperoni -- diced
1 medium green pepper -- diced
1 medium onion -- diced
1/4 teaspoon hot sauce
2 tablespoons hot taco sauce


Combine all ingredients in a Dutch oven over low heat.

Cover and simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. 8 servings.
