Bean Salad

1 can red beans
1 can garbanzo beans
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1 sm. onion, diced
1 can green beans
1 c. celery, chopped
Dressing:
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. lemon juice or white vinegar
3/4 c. sugar


In large bowl, combine all the beans and vegetables. Combine sugar, lemon juice and oil; mix well. Pour over vegetables and toss. Cover and chill 4 hours or overnight, stirring occasionally. Makes about 6 cups.
