1 can dark red kidney beans, drained
1 can cut green beans, drained
1 can cut wax beans, drained
1 can garbanzo beans, drained
1 pkg. frozen baby lima beans, cooked and drained
3 green onions, chopped or 1 med. red onion, thin sliced
3 stalks celery, sliced
1 1/2 c. white vinegar
1/2 c. water
2 c sugar
1 tsp. salt
Boil the vinegar, water, sugar and salt until the sugar is dissolved. Cool. Pour over the vegetables and mix. Keep covered in the refrigerator. Best when kept in refrigerator for two weeks, and then eaten.
