Beans

1 lb Cooked beans (any kind)
1/2 Onion, diced, sauteed
2 cl Garlic, crushed
1 tb Canola oil
1 c Mushrooms, undrained
2 c Chicken broth (Spice Island chicken stock base)
3 tb Lemon juice
Lemon pepper to taste
1 c COOKED brown rice


Cook beans. Saute onions and garlic in oil until onions are clear. Add mushrooms, chicken broth, lemon juice, lemon pepper, and rice to beans, cook over low heat for about 1/2 hour.
