Baked Bean Sausage Casserole 1 pk (10 Oz.) Frozen Lima Beans
3 cn (1 Lb.) Baked Beans
2 cn (1 Lb.) Kidney Beans; drained
1 lb Pork Link Sausage
1/2 lb Smoked Ham; cut in 1/2" cubes
1 tb Salt
1/2 ts Mustard
1/2 tb Pepper
1 cn (8 Oz) Tomato Sauce
1/2 c Catsup
1/4 c Brown Sugar
1 md Onion; chopped
Cook lima beans 10 minutes. Drain, mix with baked beans, drained kidney
beans, port sausage (cut each link in 3 pcs.) ham, tomato sauce and
seasonings with 3 1/2 qt. casserole. Bake uncovered in 400 degrees for one
hour. Add water during cooking if casserole seems dry.
Serves 25 at buffet.
