Baked Lima Beans

2 cn (1-lb.) lima beans; drained
6 tb Butter; cut into very tiny pieces or melted
1/2 c Sour cream; room temp.
1/2 c Dark brown sugar; packed
1 1/2 ts (1/2 TBSP) unsulphured molasses
1/2 ts Dry mustard
1 ds Salt

Preheat oven to 300. Pour all ingredients into ungreased 1 1/2 quart casserole. (Can cover and chill for up to 24 hours at this point.) Bake, uncovered, 2 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally. Serve hot.

Yield: 4 servings
