Bean Dip

20 1/2 oz Refried Beans
1 1/2 c Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 c Sliced Olives; (optional)
4 oz Diced Green Chiles
1/3 c Sliced Green Onion
1/4 c Minced Cilantro; (optional)
1/4 ts Ea. Garlic Powder and Salt


In large saucepan combine all ingredients. Heat stirring frequently, til cheese is melted and beans are heated through. Can serve at room temp or warm. Makes 1 1/4 cup dip. This can be frozen, but there is never any left to freeze at my house. Serve with assorted tortilla chips.
