Fruit and Sprout Salad with Gingered Yogurt Dressing

1 c Bean Sprouts
8 oz Mandarin Oranges; Drained
8 oz Pineapple Tidbits; Drained
8 oz Waterchestnuts; Sliced And Drained
1 Stalk Celery; Diced
1/4 c Plain Yogurt Or Mayonaise
1 ts Honey
1/2 ts Soy Sauce
1 ts Curry Powder
1/2 ts Dried Ginger

In large bowl, toss together salad ingredients. In a separate bowl, mix dressing ingredients. Pour over salad mixture and toss. Serve on bed of crisp greens. Garnish with sunflower seeds, sesame seeds or chopped pecans.
