2 cn Pinto beans; drained & rinsed
2 tb Onion; minced
1/4 c Butter or margarine
1/2 c Ketchup
1/4 c Corn syrup; (dark or light)
2 ts Dry mustard
Cook onion in butter (do not brown). Combine with bean mixture in 1
1/2 qt. casserole.
Stir together ketcup, corn syrup, and dry mustard. Mix well and add
to bean mixture. Mix well again.
Cover and bake at 350 for 30 mins.
