1 ts Baking soda
Water to mix
Prepare a pan of boiling fat. Mix the chickpea flour, cumin, baking
soda and seasoning together with a little water. Add to the coriander
and mix until stiff. Dollop the mixture into the fat. When puffed up
and cooked, drain and season.
To make an onion bhajee, add onion to the mixture.
