Deviled Eggs
1 cn (16oz) garbanzo beans
1/4 c Plain yogert; (non-fat)
1 tb Dijon Mustard
1 tb Lemon juice
1 Clove finely chopped garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
12 Egg whites; halved
Blend, beat, mash or chop beans. Add yogert, mustard, lemon juice, salt, pepper and garlic. Mix well an fill egg whites. Chill well and enjoy.
Option: Garnish with hot sauce just before eating.
