Egg Foo Young

2 Eggs; beaten (egg beaters will work)
Fresh ginger; grated
1 c To 2 c vegetables; chopped such as celery, water chestnuts, mung beans sprouts, green onions, -bamboo shoots, carrot, or vegetable to your liking


Sauce:

1 c Water;
1 ts Cornstarch;
2 tb Tamari;
ds Cayenne,;
ds Toasted sesame oil;


Fry in a small amount of oil on a hot griddle, turning once. Serve with sauce. Serve with rice.
