2 tb Fat
1 md Onion; chopped
2 Cloves garlic
2 Green peppers; chopped
1 lb Ground beef
1 c Fresh tomatoes; chopped
Chili powder
Tortilla chips
Grated cheese
1 cn (16-oz) pinto beans

Saute first 5 ingredients. Add tomatoes & simmer until thick. Add salt & chili powder to taste. Put a layer of tortilla chips on a plate & add meat sauce. Top with beans, lettuce & cheese. Serves about 4 adults.:
