Aussie Lentil Burgers
3 c Cooked red lentils
1 c Mashed potatoes
1 c Pumpkin; mashed with the potatoes
1 c Carrot; mashed with the potatoes
1/2 c Sesame seeds
1/2 c Almonds; ground
3/4 c Grated carrot
1/2 c Firm tofu; mashed
Tamari and pepper to season
Preheat oven to 200C. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Mold into
patties and place on an oiled baking sheet. Bake for 20 mins. Serve with
your favourite garnishes on a bun.
