Bean Pot Limas

2 1/2 c Baby Lima Beans
2 ts Salt
6 c Water
1/2 ts Dry Mustard
1/4 lb Bacon; Sliced into squares
1/3 c Dark Molasses
2 c Hot Bean Liquid
1/3 c Chili Sauce
1 md Sliced Onion; (1 1/2 tsp)
1 tb Vinegar

Soak beans in 6 cups water overnight. Simmer beans 30 minutes. Drain, reserving liquid. Combine all ingredients. Pour into 2 quart casserole. Cover and bake in 300F oven for 2 1/2 hours. Uncover for last 30 minutes of baking.
