Herb and Wine Baked Salmon Steaks

1 680 gram pac frozen salmon steaks; defrosted
2 tb Oil
30 g Fish herb selection pack
125 ml Dry white wine; (4fl oz)


Place each salmon steak on a separate piece of foil brushed with oil.

Divide the herb pack evenly between the four steaks then sprinkle over 2 tablespoons of wine and wrap up to form a parcel.

Cook the salmon as per pack cooking instructions.

Remove herbs and serve immediately with new potatoes and green beans.
