Shipwreck

1 lbs. ground beef, browned
4-5 potatoes, cut into french-fry like strips
1, 2-onions, chopped
16 oz. can light red kidney beans, drained
1/4 lb. light velveeta cheese, cubed
10 3/4 oz. can tomato soup
1, 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
butter

Spray slow cooker with Pam.

Layer in slow cooker, in this order, ground beef, potatoes, onions, kidney beans and cheese. Pour soup over top. Season with salt and pepper. Dot with butter.

Cover cook on low 6-8 hours.

Tastes particularly good sprinkled with parmesan cheese.
