Easy Red Beans

1/4 ts White pepper
3 To 5 cloves garlic, minced
1 Set green onions, chopped
1 lb Red beans, soaked overnight
1 lb Andouille sausage or ham hock
1/4 ts Red pepper
2 Bay leaves
1 md Onion, chopped
1 lb Polish sausage
2 c Water

Put beans and seasonings in 3 1/2 quart slow cooker. Add meat on top, pour in water. Cook on low 8-10 hours.
