3 cups(1 1/2 lbs. ) of dried white navy beans (soaked over night or boiled 1 hour)
1 1/2 cups ketchup
1 1/2 cups water
1/4 cup molasses
1 large onion chopped
1 TBSP dry mustard
1 TBSP salt
6 slices uncooked side bacon, chopped into 1-inch pieces
1 cup brown sugar
Place all ingredients in slow cooker and cook for 8-10 hours on low. Stir occasionally if possible, but not necessary. These freeze well.
