Bean Pot Limas

2 1/2 Cups Baby Lima Beans
2 teaspoon Salt
6 Cups Water
1/2 teaspoon Dry Mustard
1/4 Pound Bacon -- Sliced into squares
1/3 Cup Dark Molasses
2 cups reserved hot bean liquid
1/3 Cup Chili Sauce
1 Medium Sliced Onion -- (1 1/2 tsp)
1 Tablespoon Vinegar


Soak beans in 6 cups water overnight. Simmer beans 30 minutes. Drain, reserving liquid. Combine all ingredients. Pour into 2 quart casserole. Cover and bake in 3000F oven for 2 1/2 hours. Uncover for last 30 minutes of baking. :
