Easy Beans

5 cans of any beans (choose your favorite: baked beans, black eyed peas, green beans, wax beans, butter beans, kidney beans, lima beans, garbanzo beans, pork and beans)
8 slices bacon
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 medium onions, sliced thin
1/2 c. vinegar
1 tsp. mustard

Brown bacon and remove. Brown onion in fat. Crumble bacon. Pour off most of the fat. Add brown sugar, vinegar, garlic and mustard. Simmer 15 minutes. Open 5 cans beans and mix in large slow cooker. Pour bacon and onion mixture over top. Cook on low all day. Also may be baked in large casserole at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
