Beef and Bean Burritos

Tortillas
1 cn Refried Beans
1 pk Taco Seasoning
1 lb Beef
3/4 c Water
Topping:
Lettuce
Onion
Grated cheese
Sour cream
Salsa
Tomato
Guacamole


In Large fry pan, Brown beef and drain off fat. Add 3/4 cup of water and seasoning mix to beef and stir well. Add refried beans and mix well so incorporated with water. Simmer until reduced to a thickish mix. This is the guts of the Burrito. Heat the tortillas in a 350 degree oven for about 2 minutes. Do not over cook. They should NOT be crispy. Put prepared vegetables, sauces and cheese on the table. Put a couple of tablespoons on a tortilla and add toppings. (Everyone can make his/her own)
