Black Bean and Corn Salsa

2 Cans black beans -- (15 oz.) rinsed and drained
1 Can corn -- (29 oz) drained and rinsed (this ends up being 2 1/4 C corn)
1/2 Cup fresh cilantro -- chopped (about 1/2 bunch)
1 Can tomatoes with green chilis -- ie, Ro-Tel (10 oz) NOT drained (2 1/4 C)
1 Large yellow onion -- (or white) chopped
1 Teaspoon chili powder
1 Tablespoon ground cumin
3 Tablespoons lime juice
1/4 Teaspoon ground black pepper
1 Dash cayenne pepper
salt to taste

Thoroughly, but gently, mix everything together. Allow to sit at least 4 hours, preferably overnight. This *definitely* gets better as it sits!!!
