Black Bean and Mango Salsa
1 can black beans - (16 oz) -- rinsed, drained
1 package frozen whole kernel corn - (10 oz) -- thawed
1 cup chopped ripe mango
1/2 cup chopped red pepper
1/3 cup chopped cilantro
1/3 cup chopped red onion
1/4 cup lime juice
1 envelope Good Seasons Italian Salad Dressing Mix
Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
Serve with tortilla chips or grilled chicken.
This recipe yields about 5 cups.
