Baked Beans

30 oz Kidney beans, canned
15 oz Black beans, canned
15 oz Cannellini beans, canned
30 oz Canned Italian plum tomatoes, drained and chopped
1 c Chopped onion
2 lg Garlic cloves
1/4 c Dark molasses
1/4 c Cider vinegar
2 tb Ons, honey
2 ts S, dried oregano
2 ts S, dry mustard
2 ts S, ground cumin
1 1/2 ts S, ground ginger
1 tb On, chili powder
1 pn Crushed red pepper
Salt to taste


Drain and rinse the beans, mix with all the other ingredients. Bake, covered, at 350F for 45 minutes, then another 30 minutes uncovered.
