American Mexican Beans
1 lg Can; (20 oz.) frijoles
1/2 lb Sharp cheddar cheese; grated
1 lg Onion; (or 2 medium ones), chopped
1 tb Salsa jalapena
Combine all the ingredients and cook thoroughly over very low heat. Be very careful, since it burns easily.
