Chicken Vegetable stew

5 to 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
3 cups chicken broth
4 carrots, peeled and sliced
1 onion, chopped
3 stalks celery, chopped
2 (15. 8-oz. ) cans great Northern beans
1 lb. Polish kielbasa sausage, sliced
1 (10 3/4-oz. ) can Ro-tel tomatoes
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp chopped parsley
1 cup Italian bread crumbs

Cube chicken breasts and put into slow cooker, followed by carrots, onion, celery, beans, sausage, tomatoes, garlic and parsley. Cook on low for 7 hours. Stir in bread crumbs and continue to cook on Low for 30 more minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
