Bean and Veggie Salad
1 pound blackeyed peas -- soaked and cooked
1 pound garbanzo beans -- soaked and cooked
2 Large Green bell pepper -- or 2 red bell
peppers, or 1 each -- Chopped
6 stalks celery -- chopped
1 bunch Parsley -- chopped fine
1 red onion -- finely chopped
6 Green onions -- sliced fine
Mix together with a 16 oz bottle of Fat Free Italian Salad Dressing
